Safe travels to Lochem

Our resort is safe. We take all kinds of measures to make your stay even safer. Nevertheless, we understand that you want security when booking a holiday. That is why you can book without having to worry due to our rebooking guarantee.

Booking without worrying

Because of the current corona virus, we understand that you take the corona measures into account. To provide a great holiday to our guests, we have the #rebookingguarantee. You can cancel your holiday at any time in case of corona infections or (national/regional) measures. This can be done free of charge up to 7 days in advance.

Voucher

If you want to cancel your holiday, we will issue a voucher. This voucher can be redeemed at a later date. The vouchers are valid until the end of the following year (December 31st), based on the booking date.

Only valid on direct reservations

The rebooking guarantee only applies to reservations made through our own websites. This concerns the following websites:

Conditions

  • You do not pay a cancellation fee;
  • If your holiday is not possible due to the virus or all facilities are not fully opened, you can receive a voucher for the current amount of your reservation;
  • The vouchers will be paid out if there is a proven corona infection in your travel group and/or (regional) measures are in place that prohibit travel to our destination.
  • You can rebook free of charge up to 7 days in advance.
